Your counselor will discuss these limits with you at the beginning of your first session.

2. Client Welfare & Autonomy (සේවාලාභියාගේ සුභසාධනය සහ ස්වාධීනත්වය)

Your well-being is our primary concern. Our counselors are committed to acting in your best interest and promoting your personal growth. We respect your right to make your own decisions (autonomy) regarding your life and your counseling journey. You are free to end the counseling relationship at any time.

3. Professional Competence (වෘත්තීය නිපුණතාවය)

Our counselors only provide services within the boundaries of their professional competence, based on their education, training, and experience. They are committed to continuous professional development to maintain and enhance their skills.

4. Non-Maleficence (හානියක් නොකිරීම)

Counselors strive to "do no harm." They will not engage in any form of exploitation, harassment, or dual relationships (e.g., business or personal relationships) that could impair their professional judgment or harm you.

5. Integrity and Professionalism (අඛණ්ඩතාව සහ වෘත්තීයභාවය)

Counselors will be honest and professional in all interactions. They will accurately represent their qualifications and maintain clear professional boundaries at all times.

6. Informed Consent (දැනුවත් කැමැත්ත)

Before commencing therapy, your counselor will provide you with clear information about the counseling process, fees, cancellation policies, and the limits of confidentiality. This ensures you can make an informed decision about participating in the service.

7. Cultural Sensitivity and Diversity (සංස්කෘතික සංවේදීතාව සහ විවිධත්වය)

We are committed to respecting the dignity and worth of all individuals. Our counselors provide services without discrimination based on age, gender, ethnicity, culture, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
